Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 September 2026

These terms govern your use of NidaanPartner.com, operated by Nidaan – The Legal Consultants LLP. Please read them before using the service. By creating an account, submitting a claim, or paying us, you accept them.

1. What we do

We help people whose insurance claim has been rejected, delayed, short-paid or disputed. That includes reviewing the claim and the papers, telling you honestly whether it can be challenged, and — where it can — pursuing it with the insurer and, if required, before the appropriate forum or authority.

We are not an insurance company, agent or broker. We do not sell insurance, we do not decide claims, and we cannot compel an insurer to pay. We represent you.

2. No guaranteed outcome

We will give you our honest assessment and work your case properly. We cannot and do not guarantee that a claim will be approved, or the amount that may be recovered. Any view we give on the strength of a claim is a professional opinion, not a promise. If we believe a claim has no reasonable basis, we will say so rather than take your money.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Fees

Applicable taxes are added and shown at checkout. All amounts are in Indian Rupees.

5. Refunds

Where we have already performed the review you paid for, that fee is not refundable — the work is done. If we take a payment in error, duplicate a charge, or cannot provide the service you paid for, we refund it. A failed payment is never a charge: if money was debited on a failed attempt, the payment gateway returns it, normally within 5–7 working days. Raise any billing concern at [email protected].

6. Authorisation

Where you ask us to take a claim forward, you authorise us to correspond with the insurer and relevant authorities on your behalf and to use the documents you gave us for that purpose. You may withdraw that authority in writing at any time.

7. Partners, branches and advisors

Advisors, branches and partners who introduce customers to us must have the customer’s consent before sharing their details, must not misrepresent what we do or promise an outcome, and are responsible for the accuracy of what they submit. Referral or revenue-share arrangements are governed by the separate agreement with that partner.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no attempts to access accounts or data that are not yours, no probing or disrupting our systems, no automated scraping, and no abusive or unlawful content in messages to our team. We may suspend access for any of these.

9. Your data

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our control can interrupt it. Case work continues regardless of whether the website is momentarily reachable.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you have actually paid us for the matter concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the decisions of an insurer or authority.

12. Ending the engagement

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your matter. We may end an engagement where information given to us is false, where fees due are unpaid, or where continuing would be unlawful or professionally improper. We will tell you if we do, and return anything of yours that we hold.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Nidaan – The Legal Consultants LLP will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
